Returns Policy

As a member/client of Afoi Giannakaki, you have the ability to return the products you bought if you change your mind or your choice doesn't meet your expectations, or the product is defective. The Afoi Giannakaki team tries its best to not send out products that don't meet our standards.

After receiving the product you have, by law, the right to cancel and return your order for any reason and without justification. Contact Afoi Giannakaki to return your product.
After checking your request we'll send you a verification e-mail.

The product must be returned to Afoi Giannakaki within 14 days from the day your informed the company about your intend, with your receipt of purchase.

After we receive the product we evaluate its condition and judge if there can be a refund. For example, no refunds can be made on products that have been opened when those products are damaged after opening their package, such as glues, paint or other products of volatile chemical synthesis.

In order to get a refund on your returns, they have to be in their original state. This means the original package as well as the labels still be on the product. Please consider sending the products back in an extra package in order to avoid any damage.

No returns can be made on products that are manufactured according to your instructions.

In case the purchase was done with a credit or debit card we charge back your card after the products are obtained and inspected. In case you choose a shipping method to return the product other than the offered one from Afoi Giannakaki then delivery costs are not returned. After we received the product and made the charge back we will inform you about it with an e-mail.

In case payment was done by cash on delivery the refund will be done on your bank account you designate.
As such we advise you to inform us of your bank account IBAN, the bank in which the account is at and the name of the owner, as those are stated on your documents. For safety concerns the owner of the bank account must be the same one as the name on the receipt of purchase of the returned item.
On the refunded money delivery costs won't be included unless the return was due to our fault.

Since we don't have stock, there is a possibility that we can't make changes on sizes, dimensions or specs.

If you received a faulty or damaged item please inform us so we can arrange the return from you, as well as the full refund for those items. After we receive the product we will refund you the money with the aforementioned ways including shipping costs.

Sometimes there may be delays on credit or debit card refunds due to the bank. Please contact us in case your haven't gotten a refund after the 14 day period.
