How can I make sure my order was completed properly?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email within one hour. If you do not receive it, contact our customer service department. In addition, to confirm that your order has been successfully completed, the "Thank you for your order" page should appear after the payment step (step 3).
How much will shipping cost me?
Is it safe to place my order online?
Yes, it is completely safe to place an order and pay online. Your personal data is transmitted securely through our system.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the data is transferred in SSL encrypted format. For payment with Visa and Mastercard only Ces (Secure E-Commerce) transactions are accepted. The system will contact the issuing bank for the buyer to approve the payment. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the debit on the card will be processed. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
You can retrieve your password easily and simply. Click on the "I forgot my password ..." link, enter the email with which you created your account in our store, and click "Recover". In the next few minutes we will send you instructions for creating a new password.
How many days does it take to deliver an order?
The delivery process can take 2-4 working days from the day of its execution. Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 19.00 pm for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and throughout Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lassithi and Rethymnon). For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company are valid.
